from ACDA to Student Works Festival, my heart is so full. ACDA was truly an experience I’ll never forget from performing to taking classes, that atmosphere was full of passion and love. @savannahdanz I truly can’t put it into words how much love I have for you. Creating something so valuable and meaningful that touched so many people, it’s indescribable. Thank you for allowing me into your world and guiding me to such amazing paths. This piece is something I’ll forever keep sacred not only for the dance but the family that was created as well. Having both your and @jcarreras221 cast on this trip, I can’t imagine this trip with a better family :). Loved connecting with amazing dancers and teachers i met and reconnected with at ACDA, hope to cross paths over and over again (special shoutout to slippery rock and hunters college, love yall down <3)

To my cast, it saddens me so much that this process is over but I’ll never forget any part about it. You guys allowed me to be open in the space and it felt safe to create something that is so new to me. I loved every second with you guys because everything felt right. Those rehearsals never felt like rehearsals but more of a hangout and thats what makes it even better. You guys are forever my frequencies and you guys definitely disrupted the show!!! I love you all so much and I can’t wait to see where this piece goes because I want it to continue going places. Disrupted Frequencies <3 by @20addiel05

Entering not only a space but a new ideology that encapsulates the connection between human and nature and seeing how we are able to become supportive of one another and acknowledging that we both are living beings in this world 🌿🌱

As I continue to learn from Savannah’s capstone experience, I find myself growing within the process. The invitation to explore and be curious during it has been a mesmerizing, inspiring, and a unique experience that I know I’ll bring into the rest of my dance career. Not only do we focus on the dancing but the moments within it. The people, the sounds, the surroundings, it all connects for such a perfect message. I love this experience and can’t imagine it with a different family than this one. Thank you Sav for inviting to your world because I’m loving every second of it <3
