Story Time - I started boxing at 21 years old, but the truth is… boxing had been a dream of mine since I was around 13.

Growing up, my mom never allowed me to pursue it, so once I got older, I made the decision to take control of my own path and chase the dream I always had. I found a local boxing gym, started training, and gave it everything I had.

The journey wasn’t easy. I lost a lot of jobs, quit jobs, and made sacrifices because I was trying to build something bigger than myself. But sometimes life doesn’t go the way you planned, and after years of fighting for my dream, I stepped away from boxing at 27.

But the crazy thing about a real dream is… it never truly leaves you.

Boxing always found a way to call my name. Watching the friends and stable mates I started with turn professional brought that fire back every time. Deep down, I knew I wasn’t finished, but I still hadn’t taken that final step to chase it again.

Then my little brother Moobanga sat me down and told me:

“Bro, you have too much talent to let this go to waste. If you’re serious and you can show my dad and my uncle Ron that you’re committed, we’ll take you under our wing and help get you Get ready for your first professional fight.”

In that moment, I honestly didn’t even know what to say besides thank you. Someone believed in me when I needed it the most.

I’m a personal trainer, and I made the decision to put all my clients on hold for a month and a half so I could fully commit to pursuing what I truly love.

Fast forward… at 30 years old, I finally stopped making excuses, trusted myself, and went all in.

I stepped into the ring for my first professional fight and walked away with my first professional win.

And I’m never turning back.

So to anyone out there who has been putting off their dream, waiting for the “right time,” or wondering if it’s too late… stop waiting.

Your dream is still calling you.

Go after it. Give it everything you have. The sky is the limit.
