⚡️HORS LES MURS ⚡️

"Paese Fortuna" à Paris et "Fortunatamente" à Rome constituent les deux volets d’un même projet d’exposition. L’exposition présentée à la galerie 22,48 m2 précède celle de la galerie La Nuova Pesa, qui réunira exclusivement des œuvres inédites, dont elle introduit les thèmes et les relations. Elle établit ainsi un dialogue entre les deux villes, en déplaçant temporairement à Paris la géographie de proximité née dans l’atelier romain.
À l’issue de l’exposition parisienne seront présentées les publications d’Aniene Edizioni réalisées jusqu’à présent avec les cinq artistes. À Rome, un nouvel ouvrage, publié par Aniene Edizioni, accompagnera l’exposition de La Nuova Pesa et retracera l’histoire de Paese Fortuna à travers les contributions de critiques d’art, de commissaires d’exposition, d’artistes et d’amis qui ont partagé et fait vivre cet espace.

"Paese Fortuna" in Paris and "Fortunatamente" in Rome are two chapters of a single exhibition project. The exhibition at 22.48 m2 precedes the exhibition at La Nuova Pesa gallery, which will present exclusively new, previously unseen works, while introducing its themes and relationships. In doing so, it creates a bridge between the two cities, temporarily bringing to Paris the geography of proximity that emerged from the Roman studio.
At the close of the Paris exhibition, the publications produced by Aniene Edizioni in collaboration with the five artists will be presented. In Rome, a new volume, published by Aniene Edizioni, will accompany the exhibition at La Nuova Pesa and recount the history of Paese Fortuna through contributions by critics, curators, artists, and friends who shared in and passed through that space.

Venez observer les lucioles de Marco Emmanuele dans son exposition 𝘽𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙙𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙧 ! L’artiste transforme la galerie en un paysage traversé de lueurs, de reflets et d’apparitions. Ici, la lumière n’éblouit pas : elle apparaît, vacille, se déplace.

Ce dessin sténopéique est activé par la lumière naturelle, le soleil devient lui-même un matériau de l’exposition : au fil de la journée, les œuvres se transforment et font apparaître de nouvelles présences.

22,48 m² gallery presents Bougies de berger, Marco Emmanuele’s first solo exhibition at the gallery. Conceived specifically for the space, the project transforms the gallery into a landscape crossed by glimmers, reflections, and apparitions, where light is never spectacular, but rather fragile, intermittent, and deeply sensitive.
The title originates from a popular Sicilian expression once used to refer to fireflies. I cannili di picurari – “the shepherds’ candles” – described the torches lit by shepherds at dusk, which, seen from afar, were sometimes mistaken for swarms of fireflies. Suspended between reality and imagination, this image becomes the starting point for a reflection on those discreet forms of presence that endure despite the overexposure of the contemporary world.
