Pulled some serious military heat for Rose Bowl 🇺🇸🪖
Every one of these pieces has history — real-deal field gear built for performance!

The lineup includes a Korean War–era alpaca-lined M-1951 parka made for freezing missions ❄️, an OG-107 field shirt, and a full run of Vietnam-era jungle fatigues.

But the standout? A U.S. Navy experimental flotation jacket made by Natick Labs, Massachusetts (1970 contract) — one of the rarest pieces of military R&D to ever hit the field. These were designed for Navy SEALs and UDT divers during early special operations testing, with built-in flotation bladders and a working CO₂ inflation system. It was part of the Navy’s push to create gear that could keep operators buoyant during water insertions — a concept way ahead of its time.

It’s not just a jacket — it’s literal prototype history, and almost none survived.

I was literally talking about BIG E Levi’s…
and the lady goes “hold on” and pulls out 3 pairs of 1940s-1950s 501s Selvedge. Big E tab. Insane condition.

These look like they’ve barely been touched in 80 years.
The two lighter pairs were used more which is why it has a lighter wash. They were owned by ranchers here in SoCal. Said Her mother use to wear the small pair and her dad owned the bigger size. They are out there just have to Hunt hard 💪🏽

Moral of the story:
Talk to people. Build relationships. Stay consistent!
You never know what’s about to come your way.
