After last year’s debut of our first 3D-printed titanium aero prototype, we’ve pushed the limits even further. The latest refinements to the Reactor Aero will be unveiled this weekend at the MADE Bike Show in Portland as we get closer to the final production version.

Highlights include:

Reworked aero shaping under the latest UCI guidelines
Bespoke titanium and carbon bar/stem system
Refined aero seat tube and custom titanium seatpost
Built with industry-leading titanium 3D printing technology combined with our existing titanium fabrication expertise

This is titanium reimagined for speed, and we're excited to be always pushing the frontier of what is possible with titanium framebuilding.

Separation Anxiety / Split Personality…👌🏽
While attention at No. 22’s MADE booth was focused on the soon to be released Reactor Aero, this beautiful Titanium Drifter might have slipped under the radar. 56mm tire clearance, made possible with their 3D-printed Ti chainstay yoke, and a hidden secret… 🤫
The bike in question features No. 22’s Seamless Ti Couplers, allowing the bike to separate with a single bolt at each coupler. The separated bike fits into standard checked luggage. ✈️
Taking things a step further, No. 22’s “Brake Break” system for Dry Disconnect of the hydraulic line means one could commission two front ends: front suspension for the rough stuff, and a suspension-corrected front for more Kasual Gravel™️, swapping in record time. Each Drifter features rider specific geometry, designed and fabricated one at a time in 22’s upstate New York facility. Pure. Magic. ✨🪄✨

Greg’s custom No. 22 Drifter X is an absolute masterclass in detail—from the warm titanium tones and white Cerakote finish and perfectly matched fenders to the SRAM RED XPLR drivetrain, ENVE wheels and beautifully coordinated No. 22 finishing kit.

Quietly elegant from a distance. Completely obsessive up close. This is custom bike love at its finest.

Built for long days on all roads.

This Drifter X is set up as a fast, all-conditions bike: ENVE internally routed bars on our Ti stem, 5DEV titanium cranks and a full set of our titanium fenders, then finished in Midnight Bronze Cerakote with gold anodized accents that pick up the warmth of the frame colour and glow in low sun.

Our seamless travel couplers always draw a crowd, and at MADE last weekend it was no different. Machined from titanium and then EDM wire cut into intricately matching pairs, our couplers fit together perfectly and become nearly invisible when the bike is assembled. For travel, a single bolt at each coupler allows the frame to break apart to fit into a standard checked luggage size case.

Our couplers are available as an option on any build we do without fully internal brake hoses.
