I lay in my bed at night and I pray nobody knocks on my door so I can cry alone. I write this because I’m not able to express verbally about how I feel because my heartaches deeply. I never knew pain till you weren’t able to grip my hand, I never understood pain till I was no longer able to call the hospital and ask to be transferred to your nurse. I’m hurt, confused, and I wish I could wake up from this nightmare. Going through the rest of my life just doesn’t seem right without you! Gran I miss you so much! You were the best grandma in the world! This is the longest in my life I’ve went without talking to you. I just have to keep thanking God I’m able to mentally replay your voice and that’s the ultimate blessing. But most importantly I can hold every conversation ever had and replay it a million and one plus times! Grandma give me a sign any sign because I rage with anger. There’s nobody that can tell me to do or be other wise. Lord knows my heart and I know he knew yours! You’re at peace and that may be the only thing holding me over. I’m not okay, everyone keep asking me am I okay and I think it’s just a conversation filler but it’s so uncomfortable to even respond to. Continue to be my guardian angel. One of the best memories while pregnant; my husband spent so much time trying to make sure I had an amazing surprise 30th birthday and that will always be a core memory!

Fun fact: I started dating my husband February 24’

Happiest Mother’s Day! 💕

From day one, being a bonus mom has been nothing short of an honor. I love these kiddos with my entire being! My husband makes not only being a wife so rewarding, but being a mom as well.

As we get ready to welcome our newest blessing, we’re reminded just how blessed we already are with all the beautiful children God has placed in our lives… and yes, I said we 😂 what’s his is mine lol.

Three years ago on Mother’s Day, my husband looked me in my eyes and said, “I’m going to marry you and make you a mom one day.” And here we are… living in the middle of God’s blessings every single day.

To my dearest gift from God,
I was truly blessed to be chosen by you, Donté. You make life worth living you make every second of every single day worth it. I would do this entire year over again the exact same way. You have taught me love, and you have definitely taught me patience 😂. Even at your lowest, you still lifted me to my highest.
Every word you speak to me leaves an imprint on my soul. Every memory we share is one I will cherish forever. You’re a man full of wisdom, honesty, and integrity. You have always held me in such high regard, and I am blessed to say you’ve never made me question who you are to me.
I will continue to cherish you and love you like there is no tomorrow. Every heartbreak before you helped write my story today, and for that I am grateful because it shaped me into the woman who can love you the way you deserve to be loved. It also taught me how I want to be loved, and you love me with no questions asked.
From the very first time we hung out, you told me, “I can see myself marrying you,” and 164 days later you did just that. Telling you “I love you” isn’t enough. I pray every day that you feel it in everything I do.
