I was quite shocked when I realized that my last post was in May . But I really didnt have something to upload since there’s nothing but making a wiring schematic for the ford fiesta k20 Awd . Which takes such an enormous amount of time.
So I was happy there was something else to do this weekend. 🤪
We have many cool stuff coming . not only for the fiesta , but also for my S2000!
It’s been around 1 year since the last time on the track….
I f*cked up my differential a little last summer on Zandvoort and it’s not smart if I hit the track in case of more damage..
We came to the conclusion that we’re gonna change the whole drivetrain setup… 😝So I’m waiting for some parts right now until I can change my drivetrain setup.
Many things to come. It’s not over yet! 😆

We partially tuned this 370Z with BMW 8HP70 transmission ,

The Transmission had Full integration on wheel speed sensor. And like no other BMW it gave some headaches because it didn’t see any front wheel speed. We choose to proceed on the street.

It should be right around the 600hp as a safe and comfortable tune.

Yesterday we @pro.modified.nl and @25sixengineering tuned this Camaro ZL1 1LE.
🔧Modifications
• 2” ARH longtube headers
• 3” exhaust
• Corsa 3” valved exhaust 4.0” tips
• Rotofab intake
• DSX supercharger lid

💻Tuned on 91 octane(super 95)
🪄Custom calibration by the wizard

🚩Base run 572 HP and 712 nm of torque on the wheels
🏁 After the tune 602 HP and 789 nm of torque on the wheels
🏆A gain of 29 HP and 77 nm of torque on the wheels

Current project is a 370z which came in with an unusual whining sound , replacing it with a stronger transmission was the best option.
The original transmission is only capable of holding 400nm torque, even after reinforcement it wasn’t worth it.
The BMW 8HP70 was the transmission of choice.
By means of a CAN-Tcu and custom software , the drivetrain will be ready to hold 900nm torque.
Plus, it will have 8 instead of 7 gears.
By means of the wiring schematics we’re going to use as much as possible functions.
The only thing we can’t use anymore is the gear lever. This one will also be custom made.
