📣 Today, we’re announcing the results of the world’s first scientific study on Cycle-Based Wellness, led by Dr. Sarah E. Hill @sarahehillphd

For years we were told there were no scientific studies when it came to working out and eating according to the fluctuations of your cycle. At long last, there is! This is major breakthrough for women’s health and the scientific community at large. by @28wellness

What is cycle-based wellness? Women's bodies follow an infradian rhythm or average 28-day menstrual cycle comprised of 4 phases — throughout which, we experience physical, hormonal and emotional changes.

Aligning your diet, exercise and lifestyle habits with each phase allows you to give your body what it needs, when it needs it — restoring hormone balance, optimizing your energy levels and workouts, and so much more.
