Guatemala is such a hidden gem‼️ Such a beautiful country and travel experience🩵🤍 I tried to capture its beauty through my lens, but the pictures don’t do it justice.

6 - 11: Hobbitenango (Hobbit-themed amusement park) LOTR fans this is for you 😀 Amazing views, food and drinks!

12: Cafe Escobar - Top rated steak house 10/10

13-15: ULEW - Cute speakeasy experience specializing in personalized drinks 10/10

16: Antigua Guatemala at night - it’s a vibe‼️

17: Brisket prepared tableside at Cafe Escobar 😋😋

18: Food grows plentiful here 🍌

**This one deserves a spot on the grid! For Mature Audiences Only. Viewer Discretion Advised🫣🤭**

🎓⭕️ B3 Naughty Nectar Lyra Graduation
Theme | High School Archetypes 🍎📚

My archetype: The Librarian 🤓📚…with a little Fifty Shades of Grey energy🫦😈

Andddd…the front Amazon spin entry made her official debut! 🥹⭕️

I had SO much fun with this theme - Thanks for continuing to challenge and push me outside of my comfort zone @nicciweiss_poles 🥰 I even pulled Hubby into the shenanigans. 😂😮‍💨 He understood the assignment!

Special shoutout to @luxecoleman for helping me fine tune my performance and @spinning_karma for helping me bring the audio track together 🎶 It turned out exactly as I envisioned. 💖

Another graduation officially in the books. 📚😉

Class dismissed! 🔔

PS: Ignore the 🧷 - minor wardrobe malfunction 🤭😬

Hoop. Heels. Harmony.

Every spin is a reminder that age is a rhythm, not a limit. I’m thankful for the strength I’ve earned, the softness I’ve kept, while taking up space gracefully, boldly and with a grateful heart♥️ This is 54❣️

I loved this flow and shape so much‼️It deserved its own place on the grid 😮‍💨

PUSH PILATES 🩰🩰 | I’ve been going to mat Pilates twice a week since October 2025. I was “encouraged” to be a front row girlie today😬😅

The class is challenging in the best way, fun, and packed with benefits—especially for those of us 50+ including:

💪🏽Stronger core (hello stability)
🤸🏾‍♀️Better flexibility
🧘🏽‍♀️Happier joints
✨And that “I did something great for myself” glow

Come join me for a class with @heypretti_ @push.pilates84

The first Saturday of each month is FREE 99 ❣️❣️❣️ Your body will thank you, and I’ll save you a spot… maybe even in the front row🤪😜

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY | 2012 vs 2026
(40 vs 54)
The photo on the left tells its own story—one I return to whenever progress feels slow or stagnant. It reminds me how far I’ve come and how deeply I’ve grown.

✨Honoring the journey. This isn’t about being skinny, but being healthy and fit. I ♥️ my curves and I’m strong AF 💪🏽
✨Embracing this chapter—menopause, hormonal chaos and all (whew, chile). I give her one helluva fight🥊
✨Keeping the promises I made to myself❣️I’m grateful and blessed that I get to move my body. No quick fixes or fad diets - Consistency. Discipline.

A slow unfurling… and finally meeting my reflection with pride💁🏽‍♀️💅🏾

Many, many thanks to all of those who have been and are part of my health and fitness journey🫶🏾🫶🏾
