Great family amenities… BOWLING?! 🎳 Okay, now you have my attention! 😂🏡✨

This is what resort-style living in a master-planned community looks like. Beautiful homes are one thing, BUT having entertainment, recreation, and amenities for the entire family right in your community takes it to another level.

Why leave the neighborhood when the fun is already here? 🙌🏾

Ready to explore communities that offer more than just a house?

Ask me how. 🔑✨ I can help you get the keys!

Being a landlord is more than collecting rent; it’s about protecting your investment and staying ahead of the unexpected. 🏡🔑✨

A few simple systems can save you time, money, and a whole lot of headaches:

✔️ Keep ALL property documents organized
✔️ Consider a home warranty
✔️ Create a regular HVAC filter-change schedule
✔️ Keep your condensate drain line maintained
✔️ Keep a secure spare key
✔️ Create a designated email for each rental property

Work clean. Stay organized. Protect your investment. 💚

Whether you’re purchasing your first rental, building your portfolio, or preparing a property for lease, I can help you navigate the process from purchase to tenant placement and beyond.

🫰🏾 SNAP! Here’s your reminder before you clean those floors! 😂🏡✨

Laminate and wood floors are beautiful, but the wrong cleaning method can turn into a very expensive mistake.

🚫 Steam cleaners
🚫 Bleach
🚫 Harsh chemicals
🚫 Excess water

Heat, moisture, and strong chemicals can cause swelling, warping, separation, discoloration, and damage to the flooring or adhesive and may even affect your warranty.

Instead: dust regularly, use a lightly damp microfiber mop, choose a floor-approved pH-neutral cleaner, and ALWAYS follow your manufacturer’s care instructions.

Whether it’s your home or your rental property: protect the floors, protect the warranty, protect the investment. 🔑✨

Because sometimes a little maintenance knowledge can save you THOUSANDS. 🫰🏾💰

WAIT A MINUTE… A TUB?! WHOA! 🛁😮‍💨✨

D.R. Horton is STILL offering a tub option! And with so many new-construction homes moving toward shower-only primary bathrooms, this definitely caught my attention.

Sometimes you want the beautiful walk-in shower… and sometimes you want to CLOSE THE DOOR, SOAK & RELAX! 😂🛁

This is why I tell my buyers: compare the builders, floor plans, finishes AND options. Those little details matter when you’re choosing your home. 🏡🔑

Shopping new construction? Take your Realtor with you! Let’s see what your money can get you.

HOMEOWNER TIP 🏡📝

For my new homeowners and anyone adding new systems, services, or upgrades to your home *never allow an installation to begin until you’ve reviewed the WRITTEN contract.

Know exactly what you’re agreeing to: pricing, fees, warranties, equipment, service terms, timelines and follow-up. If it was promised, get it in writing.

Protect your home. Protect your wallet. Put everything in black & white! ✍🏽✨

Buying, selling or investing? I’m here to help you beyond the closing table. 🔑

✨ It was truly a pleasure and an honor to cultivate this DREAM TEAM! 🏡🔑🥂

My client, a Virginia native, almost gave up on her dream of making Texas home—but we weren’t having that! ❤️ We held her hand, worked through the obstacles, stayed the course, and walked with her ALL the way to the finish line.

And look at GOD… CLOSED! 🙌🏽✨

Congratulations to my beautiful client on this new chapter. You trusted the process, trusted your team, and kept going even when the journey wasn’t easy.

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. I don’t just sell houses… I sell DREAMS. 🔑✨ And sometimes that means helping you keep believing in yours when you’re ready to give up.

The best is yet to come. 🥂

“It has not yet appeared what we shall be…” — 1 John 3:2 ✨

Here’s to new beginnings, answered prayers, and KEYS in hand! 🔑🏡
