Wednesday morning training For each athlete it was a different session today. They all have different competition schedules and/or are in different stages of the season. So individual work today! Threshold or tempo’s … which is your favourite? by @2boost_performance
HOKA training camp done and dusted ✔️ Some bits and pieces of the work that they have put in over the past three weeks. Filled with lots of km’s/miles, endurance runs, threshold sessions, hills, some Vo2max, and strength testing with @andykay_performance Most of our @hoka_eu athletes are back home and ready to start their winter season 🪽 Let’s fly towards greatness 🪽⚡️ Shoutout to physio @francisbuendia_ for the great care and a great pacer! 🐰 And massage therapist @an_coomans to make sure the muscles were ready for the next session 💪🏻 #2boost #2boostyou #2boostperformance #endurancecoaching #hokafans by @2boost_performance
CC Roeselare in a nutshell @energyvision_crosscup Wonderful race of @jvhoorebeke_ in the long xc, who kept on catching girls from start to finish. And a third Belgian place 🥉 at the end! 🔥 A strong race for sisters @bilolaure and @bilo.marie in the short xc. A 🥇for Laure and 🥈 for Marie! Well done girls, and this is only the beginning ⚡️ Unfortunate race conditions for @matti_defrise who lost his shoe in the first part of the race. He still showed his resilience and determination by finishing the race! On the next ✨ Another great weekend of racing in these early stages of the season. #2boost #2boostyou #2boostperformance #endurancecoaching by @2boost_performance
