@isaackimeli and coach @ivoroelandt were invited to the royal palace to meet our King and Queen together with many other great Belgian athletes.

This invitation was given to celebrate and honour their silver medal in Tokyo last year.

European Championships Birmingham 2026 🇬🇧🇪🇺

The 10,000m wasn’t the race I was hoping for. After the 5000m, I probably didn’t have enough time to fully recover and be at my best for the 10,000m.

Still, I’m proud of this championship and everything I gave. 💪🏾

A big thank you to everyone who supported me in Birmingham my family, friends, team, coaches, supporters and everyone who sent me messages. ❤️🙏🏾

Now it’s time to take some rest, recover and start preparing for the winter season

We keep moving forward and come back stronger! 💪🏾
