Jeremy Woodward inspires many with his health journey, including being one of the first cardiac athletes that ‘2C Racing’ founder @2c_ocr discovered after his own heart surgery.

Jeremy is a beloved husband and father of 3 who is leading a fitness revolution. As a man who has held almost 10,000 personal training appointments and raised over 1/4 MILLION $$ for charities - he deserves every bit of airtime he has received in media such as @sportsillustrated online, @cnn , and more. Follow him for more and go check out his book!

Not all “life obstacles” are the same. For Heaven aka FITTHEAVEN it’s been a long journey of extreme weight loss. Her journey began in 2016 when she reached nearly 400 pounds. Heaven says “I knew it was time to make big changes when I found & met my birth father.” Throughout her journey she used bariatric surgery as a tool to catapult her weight-loss & also had excess skin surgically removal after reaching her goals. “One of the biggest challenges was realizing it’s more than the number on the scale & how much of a mental battle it can be… causing additional exhaustion on the body.” Today she’s down approximately 200 pounds & more importantly… lives an adventurous life full of activity, sports, and travel while inspiring others to make healthy physical and mental changes. Join her at a marathon, fitness competition, or Spartan race this year!

Josh Robson of Melbourne Australia was diagnosed with testicular cancer in May ‘21. Doctors didn’t catch it in time to keep it from spreading, so he and his family had to endure 4 grueling cycles of chemo. A lifelong athlete, Josh had a mission from the beginning to stay active throughout treatment and hoped to motivate others with his recovery journey.

Second Chance Racing is proud to announce he’s now 13 months cancer free and made a HUGE sports comeback! Josh has recently completed Ironman Cairns, placed 8th in a 56k ultramarathon, and ran a blazing 2:44 at the Melbourne Marathon!! He wanted to thank his family, Jet Triathlon, and Carbon Mafia for the support.

Follow along as he attempts to qualify for Ironman Kona! His cancer recovery page, public speaking page, and website:

𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧. 🏊‍♂️ Diving into the unknown can be a challenge, but for adaptive athlete Samuel Koehler, it’s a superpower. Born with vision challenges, Samuel has had to adapt in every facet of life. His ability to adapt is what gives him a competitive edge when things don’t go exactly by plan.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We’re proud to support Samuel on his athletic journey. “I aspire to build upon recent successes and to someday compete on the USA Paralympic Team. I’m proud to be a Bonk Breaker athlete because they embrace the same things as I do: hard work, determination, persistence, and a passion for adventure!”⁣⁣

⁣Go get em, Samuel!⁣⁣

Wait, what?!? There is a smile on my face while running?!? Oh how I have missed the enjoyment of running! So incredibly thankful for Dr. Hanger at @airrosti for helping me with my plantar fasciitis. His treatments paired with my new hokas, my @powerstepusa orthotics and @letsgoicaro red light therapy were the perfect combination for a pain-free race! Thanks @kineticmultisports for a great race!

P.S. So glad I switched to the duathlon. The amount of Jellyfish this morning was crazy!!!

This little friend’s name is Mak. She is a swimming lesson student of a friend who had one of our swim caps and the friend lets her use it during practices. She had cancer a 1.5 years ago. She has tubes in her right ear bc the right side of her face still struggles. She has been wearing our friend’s race cap a lot lately and we couldn’t be more honored! We hope this little warrior continues her recovery journey and has a long and prosperous life filled with many happy and healthy athletic adventures!!
