Introducing Head Space, coming to schools across Herefordshire.

No pressure to talk. Just room to move, express and connect through contemporary dance and creative activity.
It's bold, it's creative and every boy in the room can join in.

Headspace builds on our 27 years of working with boys and men through dance, plus our commitment to mental health and wellbeing through creativity.

👋Welcome to all our new followers. For those who are just getting to know us, here is a little bit more about our story over the last 26 years!

From our roots in Hereford to performing on international stages, our core mission has remained the same; to use dance as a real force for change.

The people and our community are the heart of everything we do and that will never change. We are driven by more than just choreography, we believe in the power of storytelling and in showing everyone that dance belongs to us all.

Thank you to every single person who has been part of this ride over the past two and a half decades. We simply would not be here without your constant support🙌

Our bursaries help cover training costs, offered termly or per project. They're limited and go on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you think this could be you, contact us immediately!
