To me, wellness is not just about being physically healthy or staying fit. It’s about leading a meaningful life.

It’s about feeling good in every sense: being healthy, happy, connected, moving your body, taking time to recharge, and most importantly, having fun.

Because wellness should be something you love to live, not something you force yourself to do. We only get one body, one mind and one life, so why not take care of it and enjoy the ride?

That’s why Women Wellness Festival @womenwellnessfest resonates so much with Friend Of Ours @friendofourssupply. We believe wellness goes beyond fitness. It’s about movement, community, self expression, connection and joy.

For us, wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about living fully, feeling good and having fun along the way 🤍

Come on by to Women Wellness Festival 2026 at Hyatt Regency Midtown from 3-4 Oct 9am-6pm. See you there.

Bringing together creatives, actors, filmmakers, and industry friends for an inspiring night with @victor_fasahati .

Here’s a little glimpse into the conversations, connections, and moments that made the evening special by @2framesco

💡Lights, Camera, Connection!💡

We took center stage at @justafterwork BACKSTAGE: TAKE ONE, a private gathering designed to spark new stories and create the future of the film industry. 🎬

It was an incredible fusion of talent and inspiration, made even more memorable by our keynote speaker @victor_fasahati, who shared his invaluable insights on the intersection of creativity and capital. 🗣️

From the stunning visuals at @thearchgaleries to the electrifying conversations, every moment was a testament to the vibrant creative culture we’re building here in Kuala Lumpur. 🌟

Swipe through to catch a glimpse of the magic! 👉

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us and made our first Backstage event truly unforgettable. Let’s keep the momentum going! 🔥

A little recap of Ascaro x Just After Work’s Padel & Connect 🤝

Always fun meeting new people, getting on court and sharing a good time.

That’s what Friend of Ours is about: bringing people together through sport, good times and good clothes 😎 @friendofourssupply

We’re always happy to meet new communities and see where good connections take us. If you’re doing something fun we’d love to be part of it 🫶

Thank you @justafterwork for the connect, @ascaropadel.my for the space and the good vibes, and my media team @2framesco for capturing it all. 🎥🎾

a promise to myself 3 years from now - revise the tattoo on my back to read ‘Shoulders I Built Whilst Hungry’.

Can’t believe it’s been 3 years since I took a 1 hour bus ride on my own in London for a tattoo I only picked out when I arrived at the tattoo parlour because @woozymachinetattoos had the same tattoo on his calf. Might have had some alcohol in my system.

10 years ago, I started lifting because I decided growing an ass took priority over attending classes. Naturally, I did legs 6 times a week because God forbid I trained upper body.

My fitness journey between then and now has been erratic but I’ve loved and valued every sport I had dabbled in. In 2025, my motivation for fitness took a steep decline and I felt like I had lost my identity. It made me question if there was anything more to me if fitness was stripped from my life.

10 years later, I’m ironically here trying to grow an ass but only because I signed up for a bikini competition on a whim.

In the past 25 weeks, I have unpacked many surprises: stage presence isn’t about biceps flexing and grunting; I’ve been doing Bulgarian split squats incorrectly; I am capable of sticking to a routine to the tee and seeing through difficult things; and perhaps, I’ve discovered parts of myself that existed outside of fitness.

Thank you @2framesco for these amazing photos. In case you guys didn’t know, this means so much more than just photos to commemorate me at 5 weeks out.

And all these shots were taken @hiitrebel - where it feels like home. In fact, it is my 2nd home at this point. In many ways, this is a solitude sport but there is comfort in being in a community of like-minded people.

Doing this has been a privilege and I’m very blessed.
