Yesterday was INCREDIBLE. Genuinely we all had so much fun. Everyone showed up open to try new things, push themselves out of their comfort zone & cheer everyone else along the way!

Cali can be intimidating but this is what community looks like & I’m so grateful and blessed to be a part of it all.

TCS LONDON MARATHON 26 DEBUT 🏁

No words for this incredible experience! literal emotional rollercoaster had a grand total of 110km ran…this entire year with my longest run being 20k so went in completely untrained (some would say for expiremental reasons😂) and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Will keep it short and sweet but love in abundance to @forbrothersthattalk @michae1g__
for giving me the opportunity to even run it. Will definitely be running this one back again, foundation has been set now we build. We club 26.2 now.

HYROX DOUBLES DEBUT 🎯

What a race, what an atmosphere and what a doubles partner to do this with @therealfabs went out there and for the first time in a long time had no plan, just knew the job would get finished and planned for it to be fun over anything else.

THE BIG HALF 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

Second HM, boy when I tell you that got dark FAST you had to have ran it to understand, nonetheless we got the job done and ran for quality banter & vibes instead of chasing a PB.

Shout to the @runnpac family as always cheer zone were the highest of vibes, safe to say it gave the boost when it was needed. ❤️‍🔥 and shout out to every single person who captured all these moments.

Onto the next, only two races left before 2025 dun❗️ by @2jamz

HACKNEY HALF❗️

First ever half marathon & it was nothing but pure vibes, until today I hadn’t run anything over 14k so had no idea how I was gonna feel but it’s safe to say that was lovely 😂

And shouts to everybody who I saw along the way giving that extra energy it was definitely needed see you all at… the big half maybe 🤞🏾 by @2jamz

* JANUARY DUMP *

First dump of the year & I think it’s safe to say fitness was definitely the main objective so we did exactly that, a straight month of healthy eating, good decisions & of course running 🤞🏾the saying is old but still holds weight, start as you mean to go on ❗️
