On the way back to the car, I heard the loudest rockfall I've ever heard. It sounded like 10,000 mortars going off over the course of a minute or two. I think it was a bit down canyon of the riverside area in LCC but I want to go back during the day to see if there's any sign of a massive rock slide. NATURE IS POWERFUL by @2nd_go_flash

Zion last week with my favorite people! We remembered that we only had a 50 meter rope while Adam was lowering off of Namaste, a classic 140' route. The belayer had to climb up and rap from the 6th bolt with a tag line! Angel's landing was amazing, even though it rained on us on the way down. by @2nd_go_flash

The last few months have been incredibly meaningful! Spending time with Brooke and our dog Riki have made me feel so full of life and love. We moved into a new place yesterday and while I feel half dead after moving until 3am and taking a cold shower after forgetting to turn the gas on, I have never felt happier to be where I am in life currently. taken in Cottonwood Heights, Utah by @2nd_go_flash

Brooke and I had a crazy day of canyoneering last weekend! We hired a guide for our one year anniversary and were able to make it through three separate canyons back to back, exploring about 14 miles of slot canyon throughout the day. These canyons ranged from echoing sunny chambers to slots so narrow you couldn't even turn your head for 100s of feet, to 40' chimneys that we were expected to shimmey down. Even with elbow and knee pads, we were absolutely thrashed by the end of the day. Just when we thought we had all the gear for surviving Utah recreation, another ridiculously fun activity surfaces and we will definitely be back for more! by @2nd_go_flash
