The masterpiece of this 🏠 Designed by Us ⭐️

More than a staircase, it’s a sculptural statement that defines the entire residence.

Crafted in luxurious marble and enhanced by integrated lighting, every step becomes part of an architectural experience.
Its floating design, refined materials, and dramatic presence transform it into the true focal point of the home.

Some design elements connect floors.
This one defines the entire house.

Would this staircase be the first thing you’d notice?

A kitchen should always be practical, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be STUNNING 🤩.

This design perfectly blends functionality with aesthetics, creating a space that’s as beautiful as it is efficient.

✨ Every detail was carefully chosen to bring elegance and practicality together seamlessly. 🌟

A glass cabinet in the kitchen area becomes the standout piece when designed thoughtfully. ✨
With the right lighting and a mix of unique materials, it elevates the entire space, blending function with style. The combination of glass, wood, and soft lighting creates a striking focal point that adds sophistication and charm to your kitchen.

Before a home looks beautiful, it has to make sense.

This one went from empty rooms and protected floors to spaces that feel warm, connected and made for the way this family lives: gathering, hosting, staying a little longer.

What happens in between is the part nobody sees. Decisions made in the right order, finishes chosen with intention and a team on site turning the plan into something you feel the moment you walk in.

That’s what a renovation is really about. 🌟 by @2pdesigners

Ceiling height is a gift. Until it starts making the room feel distant.

That was the challenge here: keep the drama of the double height, but make it a space people actually want to sit in.

So we worked in layers.
Wood paneling to warm the marble and give the fireplace wall weight.
A suspended light sculpture to occupy the vertical void, without closing it off.
And color placed with intention: blue up high, in the artwork that follows the height. Terracotta and copper at eye level, in the armchairs and the wall sculpture, where the room is actually lived.

One open plan for living, dining and kitchen, where each area still holds its own.

Is your tall space beautiful but not quite welcoming? Tell me about it in a message. 🌟 by @2pdesigners

A master suite with a sitting area usually faces one problem: how do you separate two moments without turning one room into two?

What I love about this suite is the answer. A floating volume, rounded and fluted at the end, splits the space but never reaches the floor or the side wall. Light passes, the floor continues, and you still feel the whole room.

The marble base anchors it. The bedroom side gets rest, the other side gets a TV and a quiet corner to read. One gesture, two functions.

Good design isn’t about adding walls. It’s about knowing exactly where to stop them. 🌟

An 85-inch TV is a bold choice. The real challenge is making it feel like it belongs.

In this family room, the goal was to make the most of the space where everyone gathers. So instead of a screen on a bare wall, we designed a custom panel around it, combining different materials: warm wood, integrated LED lighting and open shelving for the family’s own collection.

The TV stops being the center of attention and becomes part of the room. And when it’s off, the wall still has something to say.

The most valuable square footage in this house was hiding under the stairs.

In a double-height living room, the staircase is usually the problem everyone designs around. Here, we made it the answer.

Floating steps with built-in lighting, a glass railing that lets the light from the windows reach all the way up, and right beneath it, a glass wine cellar that turns what would be dead space into the first thing you notice when you walk in.

Good design doesn’t add more. It finds what’s already there and gives it a purpose.

Arched windows, a pitched ceiling and a view of the water. A space this tall can easily feel more like a lobby than a living room.

Here, the answer was to bring it closer without changing its height. Wrapping the ceiling in wood shifts the scale of the room and makes it warm, almost enveloping.

The book-matched stone becomes the anchor. And the light comes from the shelves, the base, the edges. Never straight at you.

Good design is rarely about adding more. It’s about reading what the space already has and deciding what deserves the spotlight.

Which detail would you bring into your home? 🌟 by @2pdesigners

STOP SCROLLING.
Because these aren’t just kitchens.

They’re where the party quietly moves, no matter how big the living room is.
Where coffee turns into hours of conversation.
Where every surface, light and finish was chosen to make people stay.

The difference between a kitchen you cook in and a kitchen you live in?
It’s in the details most people never notice. We design around them.

Watch until the end and tell us:
✨ Which one would you end up in?

Send this to someone who’s been dreaming of their next kitchen.
Save for your future renovation. 🤍 by @2pdesigners

Same house. Same floor plan. A completely different way of living in it.

Every room used to tell a different story. Our first decision was to give the house one language: wood, linen and natural stone, custom millwork that became part of the architecture, and light designed in from the start.

If you already know what you want for your home, the real question is how to get there. That’s the part we love most.

Double-height living rooms look impressive in the listing. Then you move in, and the room feels empty, cold and too big to actually live in.

This was the brief: make soaring ceilings feel like home.

Here’s how we solved it:
• The marble fireplace wall runs all the way up, so the eye travels with the height instead of getting lost in it
• Full-height wood paneling with integrated lighting adds warmth where most homes just have bare drywall
• A sculptural chandelier fills the vertical void, so the space feels finished from every angle, even from the upstairs landing
• A curved sofa wraps the seating area, creating intimacy inside a large footprint

Big rooms don’t need more furniture. They need a plan for the height. 🌟 by @2pdesigners
