Sometimes I feel if you look at a flower or breathe at it the wrong way it will die and I can relate
I am sensitive to negativity..projections and weird energy. Intention is everything. You can sense poor intention like when you smell a gas leak. It feels like the flu bouncing off of someone’s spirit onto me. Something tells you something is wrong here.
I think light work requires you to say no a lot. Protecting my spirit and moving only in alignment with what serves my highest good. There have been times I have stayed in places that weren’t light because I thought I could pray away spiritual attacks. I am now so clear on how God disrupts to remove & replace.

Stay moving with integrity & your highest spirit. Treat people well. by @2saintnine
