The more you dig the more you find. Sadly this piece was simply not gonna pass as is, so needed to be removed which exposed a bad inner lip also. Front bumper support is cleaned up and welded back on the car. Happy with how this came out. I’ve added some drain holes as these like to gather water and rot inside to out. Once the bumper is back on you’ll never notice! #classicmini #mini #minicooper #minicoopers #racecar by @2strokeee

5 hours into this today. Managed to close up the holes in the front valance, will need cleaning back. Also managed to pull the front number plate brackets off the front bumper bar, should make this easier to put back together. Whilst I was here ive put all the tweaks to the front grille opening straight.
