This marks 1 year with @seduloussc Gym and Coach Chad! 💪

Over the past year, we set a goal to bring my weight down from 240 lbs to closer to 200, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. That meant cutting back on alcohol, avoiding empty calories, and focusing on proper nutrition.

When I started, my metabolic health was equivalent to that of a 69-year-old man — today, at 204 lbs, it’s improved to 42! There’s still work to be done, but the progress speaks for itself. My muscle mass dropped slightly, but overall health, flexibility, and muscular endurance have become the focus — not just raw strength.

Since golf is the only sport I play consistently, a lot of my movement and training now revolves around improving that.

A huge shoutout to Coach Chad — he’s been instrumental in my progress, keeping me motivated, accountable, and safe with productive workouts.

The proof is in the numbers — swipe to see the results. I hope this motivates someone to get up and hit the gym… or at least hit me up for a workout or a round of golf! 🏋️‍♂️⛳ taken in Sedulous Strength and Conditioning by @2tonedtj
