Hey dad… it’s been 2 full months without you… and everyday everything from night haunts my mind… seeing you laying there not breathing… seeing mom doing CPR on you and then the state trooper and then fire and ems… screaming and crying and begging someone or something to not take you away or for you to just wake up… i remember sitting in the hospital waiting room my leg bouncing as they only took mom, uncle Corey and nana back and part of me knew it wasn’t good but I just kept thinking just maybe the hospital pulled a miracle after 2+long hours of everyone working on you total but a nurse finally came out to get me and Hailey and Laci and you were just gone and i remember falling to my knees and crying and telling you just wake up… this was a sick joke you were playing… I put my head against your chest as I cried and begged and begged you to wake up but you didn’t… for some reason the universe thought they needed you more than we did… we’ve all already had so many first without you but nothing is ever the same everything always feels like something is missing and there is.. you’re missing… I have had so many days where I try to call you just hoping you pick up but most of the time I leave a voicemail hoping you’ll hear it wherever you are I don’t wanna forget your voice or how your hugs felt… I wish I could just talk to you even for a second just to know you’re alright wherever you may be in the universe whether it’s really heaven waiting or whatever waits when we pass on… I love you so much dad I miss you everyday and I will for the rest of my life… by @302.mackenzie

So tonight I went to a thing with my nana at her church and I was walking out of the bathroom when I saw this sweet old girl outside I immediately asked around and no one knew her owners so me and another lady called around and got animal control on the way she is now safe and in the care of Caroline county animal control my heart is still broken at how she was but is now peaceful due to knowing I helped her get safe and warm and fed tonight! Also shoutout to the lady at church who gave me a big jacket for this sweet girl to warm up in/ lay on by @302.mackenzie

Hey lil bro in 36 days the day comes that marks you being an angel for a year.. I can’t believe you’ve been gone so long and I wish I could go back to the last time I saw you smiling and running around and just still here but sadly something like that doesn’t exist yet.. but as your birthday closes in I realize that you would say something like “meh its just a birthday it happens every year” but this year you’d be 18 and you aren’t here to celebrate with us… I miss you little brother see you again one day I love you forever 💙 #llm💙🕊 keep giving heaven some hell by @302.mackenzie

I’ve tried to make this post a few million times and each time I start and then I fall apart… dear Cody you came into our lives not so long after summer passed away and you helped heal our hearts (especially mine) and ever since day one you became my Bestfriend and my heart horse yes summer was my heart horse too but I know the reason you came to us was because she sent you… and you’ve been gone for about three full days now and I have some of your tail and the pictures we got taken and now that’s all I have of you… even as you got older I could be having the worst day and come see you and it’s instantly better and even tho some days you were probably hurting you always were up for walks to mommom jos or just around the yard losing you was hard but missing you is harder but one thing is for sure I’ll love you forever and I know goodbye isn’t forever but I know you’ll be okay until we meet again and you deserve to finally run pain free and be where no harm will ever come to you again I love you forever bubba rest in peace 😭❤️
