My 3 tinies are out here living their best Blue Mountain Beach life. 🌊☀️
Wallen, Scout, and Jersey said the weather is too good not to show all their friends exactly how we do our little life on 30A.
Sunshine, salty air, sandy paws… we kinda love it here.💛🐾

When that afternoon glow kicks in… ☀️✨

Cute outfit, good friends, a little afternoon fun and absolutely no complaints! 🥂💕

One of my favorite things about this life? Working hard, making time for my people, and enjoying the little moments in between.

And if the lighting happens to be good… we’re taking pictures! 😉👢

Happy hour with my happys! 🥂💕

A little girl time, a little wine, a whole lot of laughter! 🍷

Because the best kind of therapy is getting dressed up, getting together, and forgetting what time it is! 💋

Life’s too short not to make time for your girls! 💗

🎶 This is the way I live… 🚲☀️🌴

One of the perks of living on 30A? Some days, my commute to show property is on TWO wheels instead of four! 💁🏼‍♀️

Salt air, sunshine, a bike ride, and a little real estate along the way.

I don’t just sell the coastal lifestyle… I LIVE IT! 🏡🌊

Thinking about making this lifestyle yours? I kinda know a girl. 😉

HURD OF ME? If not, you will. 💋

🏡🌪️ WORD OF THE DAY: FORCE MAJEURE!

A fancy real estate term for unexpected events beyond our control, like hurricanes, that can delay a closing!

We had an Alys Beach closing scheduled for Friday, the same day the hurricane decided to show up! 🤦🏼‍♀️ So we had to use the force majeure provision in our contract.

🐾 Wally and I are headed to Alys Beach soon to check for storm damage so we can get our happy buyers into their beautiful new home! 🤍🔑

Mother Nature may have delayed us, but she isn’t stopping us! 💪

Want to know more about Alys Beach? I kinda know a girl! 😉

HURD OF ME?
If not, you will.

💜 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DOESN’T DISCRIMINATE. 💜

It doesn’t care about your age, gender, income, education, or background.

It doesn’t always come with a black eye or a broken bone.

Sometimes it’s control.
Sometimes it’s threats.
Sometimes it’s manipulation, humiliation, isolation, or fear.
Sometimes it’s someone monitoring your every move while calling it love.

Abuse doesn’t have to leave bruises to leave scars.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and it’s time we recognize that domestic violence can happen to ANYONE.

Men. Women. Young. Old. People from every walk of life.

And leaving isn’t always as simple as walking out the door.

💜 Believe survivors.
💜 Stop blaming victims.
💜 Recognize the warning signs.
💜 Speak up. Show compassion. Offer support.

Love should never require you to live in fear.

To anyone silently fighting a battle nobody knows about: You deserve safety, respect, freedom, and peace.

You are not alone. 💜

Just your typical Sunday after a hurricane. 🌀🐾

Wally’s back at his favorite neighborhood watch station, minding everybody’s business but his own. 👀😂

His favorite cow is close by, and all is right in his little world. 🐮🤎

Hurricane? Ain’t got time for that. 😂🌪️
I’ve got houses to sell. Yours, your friend’s, your neighbor’s… 🏡💅

Big hair. Killer looks. Scary good agents. Welcome to HURDOWEEN! 👻📼

The HURD crew went full ’80s: neon, lace, Madonna vibes and a little Hulkamania. Subtle was clearly never on the agenda. 💋🤘

Girls just want to sell homes… and have a wicked good time doing it.

Buying or selling? The costumes are a throwback. Our market knowledge isn’t. 😉
