Jumping from Grey's to Station 19, this time showing love for Carina and Maya's journey. I absolutely loved this scene. Not a single word was spoken, and yet, so much was said. It showcased the love Carina and Maya had for each other, and, to me, it was a great example of how effortless and organic every scene with Stefania and Danielle seemed to be. There was never a doubt about how comfortable they were with each other or how much they respected and trusted each other. It always came across on camera, which, I feel, only helped so many of us connect to Maya and Carina and their relationship.

So, again, on Carina Deluca Day, I say how grateful I am that Shondaland brought us Dr. Carina Deluca. Without that, the Deluca-Bishops would have never existed. by @313crafts

God, she really was the best! Celebrating the 9th anniversary of Stefania's first appearance on Grey's Anatomy as Doctor Carina Deluca.

I always loved when @spampistefania shared the screen with @therealjamespickens and/or @jasonwinstongeorge . They always fed off of each other so well!

And who didn't love the dynamic between Stefania and @giacomo_gianniotti ?! by @313crafts

Life has been lifing A LOT lately. Burnout is no joke. Add to that the fact that everything I loathe about social media has been heavily front and center lately, and I found myself feeling extremely overwhelmed. So, I took some time to decompress today: to find some peace and some spiritual connection...and to remind myself of the importance of finding gratitude in each day (I also took a well-deseved nap 😆). by @313crafts

Rainy Sunday means it's a good day to continue yet another @station19 re-watch. Might be an unpopular opinion, but my favorite scenes from this show are some of the hardest to watch.

This cast was just so talented. @dsavre and @spampistefania never phoned it in, and "Comfortably Numb" was a great example of how brilliant they both are. We always knew they loved #Marina as much as we do. Yes, their chemistry is unmatched, but the choices they made as actors (both individually and together) allowed us to always fully go on the ride with them.

Peter Paige's choices, as director in this episode, were also brilliant (although, I have watched Danielle's live with Peter so many times that every time I see Stefania throw that hanger all I can hear is Peter's voice saying "You better pack!" and it just makes me laugh 😆). by @313crafts

It has always been difficult to find quality representation in a network television show. @station19 and @shondaland undoubtedly gave us representation within the black and brown, BIPOC, and queer communities...but...let us not forget that, by the time the final season hit, we had five...FIVE...insanely talented, totally badass women leading this cast. Five women who represented so many communities, who showed up with love and authenticity, and who proved to the world that women can actually accomplish anything they set their minds to: that we can not only survive, but thrive in a man's world. So, consider this post a love letter (and a HUGE "thank you") to Merle, Barrett, Jaina, Danielle, and Stefania. In a world that often likes to try to knock women down a peg, these five ladies showed up every week, gave us their all, and reminded us that our voices deserve to be heard...and that impact is a lasting one. by @313crafts
