SHIFT: Architecture in Times of Radical Change

Our contribution to the 2025 Chicago Architecture Biennial (CAB) consisted of an expansive library of architectural publications — conceived as a spatial device for consultation and reflection on material culture. The library functions as an open, evolving collection of knowledge, narratives, and critical perspectives across topics central to our practice and those of our colleagues.

Abierto, 2026, New Project

A new mixed-use pavilion for a tennis club in Buenos Aires, conceived as a space for collective use and shared activities. The project operates as an addition to existing infrastructure, expanding its capabilities through a series of prefabricated components whose logic is articulated through assembly. In this sense, it can be understood as a parasitic structure, capable of adapting to different pre-existing conditions.

A house that is is neither for the weekend nor the beginning of the week but for the middle of the week; neither a petit cabanon nor a Mc-Mansion; a house that doesn’t idealise its views nor its landscape; a house with two independent bedrooms, a kitchen, a media room, a living room, a fire, a workplace, a reading place, a pool; a house for 4 individuals; a house that does not fetishize its materials nor its construction details nor its economy of resources; a house that is neither artisanal nor industrial but at the same time is both; a house for cooking, working, reading, watching movies, making a fire, living communally outside the city, but in which people can maintain a certain independence; in short, a house.
