Was ist los? I’m a 1964 Porsche 356C. Born near Stuttgart, in what was W Germany, I emigrated to the US shortly afterwards.

Back on the road after a major DIY tune up. Original Zeniths are rebuilt and remounted. Now doing about 24 MPG overall, a marked improvement over the Webers my owner foolishly installed in the 90s. Also, low end torque is back and the accelerator curve is even and without transition flat spots. Speedometer? Check. Tachometer? Check. Airbags? AC? Touchscreen? iPhone cradle? Nope. Like the dash, handling is honest and unassisted. My steering wheel is full of feel and true to course.
