I don't know what's up with IG not posting my text, so, we'll try again.

How about a tea house that is ... more like a box? The clay won't be as dark after firing but the contrast with the white will still be nice.

Art on the Boulevard Erieau!!

The event opened at 9 and goes until 4 pm.

I'm unsure how IG cut off my message. It was a fantastic day, the organizers and volunteers do an amazing job putting this day together. Their commitment and hard work is so obvious, and so very appreciated.

My last night in Halifax. I'll miss my old and new friends. I won't stay away so long.

I'll miss this.

My time in Nova Scotia is coming to end; I leave on Saturday.

It's been wonderful to connect with old friends and make new connections.

I'm glad that I could be here when needed. Honestly though, trying to balance your mental health needs with providing 24/7 direct care is exhausting.

It will be nice to go home. by @3_cats_pottery

I'm still in Halifax and took some time to do tourist things.

First, i went to the Ardmore Tea Room for breakfast. This 13 table gem has huge portions at prices that don't break the bank. There was a lineup to get in and totally worth the wait! French toast with ham and a decaf tea. Delish and definitely worth the wait outside.

YOLO Craft, the teddy bear had me. As a kid, I would have died for it! Great selection of charms, craft kits, and things in between.

Angelique Bakery, vibes of a Parisian bakery, French speaking staff, and delicious flan patissier. I was treated to lunch here a week ago and knew I needed to come back. Highly recommend.

The last month has flown by. I've managed to see old friends and childhood haunts, do a bit of sight- seeing and meet someone whose work I've followed from afar for the last few years.

My friends mum is currently in surgery and fingers crossed for no implications and a speedy recovery. I've never traveled without knowing when I'm "returning home." This is not a vacation but there's definitely nowhere I'd rather be.

@Bloodywood

I really wanted to be in Toronto on 15th May but family needs me in Nova Scotia (swipe to see the receipts), will you by chance hit a fan up with some merch?

Pretty please?

Also, I have a ticket (one) that I'll happily give to another fan who can make it!

Blythe is happy to enjoy a clear, sunny spring day on the ocean. The first few days were blustery and cold, the sun is a welcome change! I hope to take her to some local sites in the coming weeks...traveling with Blythe just makes everything more fun.

I've been quiet, so here's an update.

I have withdrawn from all events from April through the end of July as I am headed to the East Coast for a couple of months to support family during a difficult time.

I will be back in early-July and working hard to present at @artontheboulevard in August.

I will be sharing the details on some of my favorite events and I hope you join in the fun and celebrate all that Ontario has to offer!
