Olá, eu sou a Gabriela, mãe da Morena e estou aqui pra mostrar pra vocês que existem muitas atividades legais pra fazer com as crianças e que vocês podem se inspirar, porque se eu consigo, vc também consegue.

Haha. Não.

Hoje a galera tá tão focada em performance, em mostrar que tá tudo "sob controle" mesmo depois de ter filho que me faz pensar o quanto essa pressão faz a gente tomar decisões ruins. Que podem impactar negativamente nossa vida. As vezes faz sentido se recolher, não postar ou até não fazer aquela viagem naquele momento. Só quem sabe a lista de prioridades e o cálculo de vantagens e desvantagens de cada decisão é a própria pessoa e não dá pra saber nada da vida da outra pessoa pelo Instragram. Deixa cada um ser quem quer ser e viver de acordo com o próprio ritmo. Não enche o saco sociedade.

Pq se não for pra desabafo eu nem sei pra quê que serve esse negócio aqui.😜

Hello, I’m Gabriela, Morena’s mom, and I’m here to show you that there are lots of fun activities to do with kids—and that you can get inspired, because if I can do it, you can too.

Eeehh NOPE. SERIOUSLY. Nowadays people are so focused on performance, on showing that everything is “under control” even after having kids, that it makes me think about how much this pressure can lead us to make bad decisions—decisions that can negatively impact our lives.
Sometimes it actually makes sense to step back, not post, or even not take that trip at that moment. The truth is, only the person themselves knows their list of priorities and the real pros and cons behind each decision. You really can’t know anything about someone else’s life just by looking at Instagram.
Let people be who they want to be and live at their own pace. Stop bothering people.

Before having children, time meant something objective, measurable, something we can somehow control. After living with a child, every time you stop to think about time, your mind wanders. It wanders because now you have something under your eyes that fades, that slips through your fingers, and reminds you that everything is only worth for a moment.

— Becoming a parent is a beautiful journey filled with joy, love, and a few challenges along the way. One of those challenges can be maintaining your minimalist and zero waste lifestyle after welcoming a little one into your life. It may seem daunting at first, but with a few adjustments and some creative thinking, you can absolutely continue your eco-friendly journey.

Start by evaluating the essentials. Babies do require a lot of stuff, but not all of it is necessary. Focus on multifunctional items that can grow with your child or serve multiple purposes. For instance, a convertible crib can transition into a toddler bed. Remember, less is often more, so resist the urge to buy every new gadget that hits the market.

When it comes to waste reduction, consider incorporating reusable items into your routine. From washable cloth wipes to being creative with baby food – homemade purees can not only save money but also reduce packaging waste. As your child grows, involve them in the process of recycling and composting to instill eco-friendly habits from an early age.
