Another crazy past 4 months. Summer is over and September is here. High school ballers back to their routine... new schools maybe...summer CEBL pros off all around the world to their new teams as well.
What a privilege and blessing to work with ballers of all ages...from high school, prep, USport, D1, CEBL and the G League. SHOT TRAINING NEVER ENDS!!

A huge shoutout to @antoinepusey out of BCPrep 🏀 in Brampton for his commitment to the Robert Morris basketball program. You can't measure heart and desire by height but if you could...Antoine stands as tall as any baller out of the YYZ area and beyond. He has developed himself into the 90/40 shooter conversation through his commitment and dedication over his high school years with his hard work at mastering his craft of shooting.
Just getting started. Dream big Antoine. Congrats to you and your family. Happy for you... proud of you.

Huge shoutout to @kahmad14 on making ANOTHER CEBL All Star team.
Always one of the first guys to the gym ...working on his shot... mechanics... mentally. He finished the season 64/70 or a blistering 91.4% from the FT line his last 10 games when the season mattered the most. A true 🏀PRO. Always a pleasure to work with pro ballers who aren't satisfied and are always trying to get better. Huge congrats to the @niagarariverlions top dog.

The CEBL season ends today. Taking a moment to reflect back on a whirlwind 4 month journey that had many great future memories come to realization. Relationships made... connections built...fabulous wins... tough loses... lessons learned at every turn. Many thanks to all the players, coaches, support staff and office members that made the ride this year so special. Special love to the best fans in the CEBL. You were all great. 👏👏

A huge shoutout to Head Coach and General Manager @kimbalmack for having the faith in bringing me in as the shooting coach for the Niagara River Lions. This chapter of the story is written for 2026 but ... stay tuned.
Best wishes to the players who are off to play around the world. Good luck... stay safe....

Joe Babic was walking it like he talks it! 🔥🏀 As he said, he doesn’t dance but he can definitely shoot the basketball!

Strong hands means a strong, purposeful shot. We practice "palming" a basketball 🏀in our drills to work on hand strength.
Young @maxwolker19 (2031) showing the older ballers its not about the size of your hands but the strength of your fingers.
It's a practiced skill... just like shooting is.

A 27 point comeback on Ottawa in the 2nd half after being down 22 points at half doesn't happen often. The @niagarariverlions put on a clinic in guts, determination, execution of assignment on both ends of the floor. BIG game... BIG WIN!!! Gotta make FT's in tight games and in the playoffs. The guys came through in the second half dropping 88% of their shots from the charity stripe going 15/17. Video from the bench of the Elam winning FT bucket by @kahmad14
Niagara made their own luck with commitment to the PROCESS of shooting from the free throw line and from behind the 3pt arc. (40%+ there too)

Great win for the @niagarariverlions at the @meridian_centre yesterday. The River Lions showed grit and determination in pulling off the 90-87 victory over the stubborn Montreal Alliance. It was 2 time @cebleague MVP @kahmad14 turn to shine and dunk the game winner with 28 big points overall.
TREMENDOUS day shooting by ALL the team going 52.2% from behind the 3 point arc. 7 different guys hitting 3's. 👏👏👏👏
Hard individual work in practice paying off. GREAT shooting stats are EARNED in practise and the reward comes game day.

It's not always your day... you don't always win when you put in the work BUT...BUT...
when you have a plan...
when you trust the PROCESS...
when you are DETAIL oriented...
GOOD things will happen more often than not!!
