3D HYROX Movement Screenings⚡️

With race day getting closer, now’s the time to see how your body is moving and identify areas to work on before competition.

Whether something has been bothering you or you’re looking to improve your performance before race day, a 3D movement screening can help you figure out what to focus on.

📍 Come see me at Kinetic Centre in Frisco before you hit the start line!

⚡️ NEW AT KINETIC CENTRE FRISCO ⚡️

We’re excited to announce that Focused Shockwave Therapy is coming to our Frisco office NEXT WEEK!

This is one of the most effective tools we have for stubborn tendinopathies, chronic pain, and soft tissue injuries that haven’t responded to other treatment — think plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, Achilles issues, and more.

Focused shockwave delivers targeted acoustic energy directly to the site of injury to jumpstart the body’s natural healing response. Evidence-based, non-invasive, and now part of our toolkit.

Ready to learn more or see if it’s right for you? DM, call, or click the link in our bio to get started! 🔗 by @3dmobilitydoc

While competition may still be months away, now is the perfect time to establish a baseline and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Using a combination of movement assessment and running gait analysis, we can gain valuable insight into how an athlete moves, absorbs force, and performs under demand. by @3dmobilitydoc

@kineticcentrefrisco is a key piece of every hard physical challenge I take on. The team has kept me healthy and gotten me through a dozen injuries. I have tried other chiros and I have not had the same results. Highly recommend Dr. Mia at the Frisco location. by @3dmobilitydoc

I have been working with the @kineticcentrefrisco team for years. I used to think chiro stuff was nonsense. But the proof is in the pudding. The team got me through every injury and specifically @3dsportsdoc has poured so much into my journey and then offered my sponsorship because she believed in me and now I’m with @3dmobilitydoc

Could not be more grateful to be supported by a group of athlete DC’s that know their stuff and care about their athletes. by @3dmobilitydoc
