We are beyond excited to be working with the AMAZING staff and members at Train 4 Tomorrow. At Kinetic Centre we love partnering up with gyms and coaches who value functional movement, safety, and recovery while still pushing for increased strength and optimal performance in their members.

It’s clear that the atmosphere at Train 4 Tomorrow was created around those who put their heart and soul into their community. The positivity and energy is infectious and everyone leaves with a smile, a big thank you to the staff at Train 4 Tomorrow for having me out and trusting me with the care of your members!

Happy birthday to our sweet Lorelei! Can hardly believe she’s already turning 2. Lola is sweet, smart, and sassy and always keeping us all on our toes. We are so proud of her and can’t wait to see what this next year holds for her. We love our sweet baby so much and can’t imagine a world without her!

Big thank you to everyone who helped celebrate her this weekend. We are eternally grateful for the friends and family who continuously love on our kids 🥹🫶🏼 by @3dmovementdoc
