Running with them at this pace feels insane… but it’s something you can’t even explain until you experience it

Canicross should honestly be a category on @strava
because this is a whole different level of running

It’s not just them pulling you… you have to match their pace, their energy, everything

Nothing compares to running with your dog 🐺🔥

The look of concern on his face 😭😂 He’s definitely questioning everything about humans right now.

They are my safe space. They calm my nervous system, bring me peace, and make me feel like everything is going to be okay. No matter how hard, overwhelming, or stressful my day has been, coming home to them makes everything feel a little lighter. With them, I feel safe, loved, and at peace. They are my home❣️ taken in Austin, Texas by @3dobermandiaries

And apparently… We’ve got a rap duo now. Los Perros. 🐶🐺😂

Training walks with a reactive dog can be challenging, but having the right gear makes such a difference! 🐾

I’ve been using the ParoPet No-Pull Harness with Nera, and I’m loving it! It gives me better control during our walks without putting pressure on her neck, making training sessions so much easier and more comfortable.

Perfect for everyday walks, leash training, and especially for dogs who tend to pull or get reactive outside!

✨ Harness and leash are sold separately.

Adding something new to their recovery routine ❤️‍🔥🐾

With how active these three are between running and all of our adventures, recovery is just as important as the activity itself. We’re so excited to start incorporating @capilluswellness red light therapy into their routine and the fact that they think they’re just wearing another harness makes it even better 😂

I’ll leave the link in my bio so you can check it out and spoil your pets with a little extra recovery and self-care too 🐾❤️
