Millennial moms are redefining the blueprint. We’re raising babies and brands, rewriting rules, and proving that motherhood and ambition were never meant to compete.

Today on set, we had the sweetest reminder of why we do this. While all three of my girls were off at school, my right-hand girl Katie brought her tiny sidekick Selah to work with us and it was honestly the best thing ever. Between filming content, styling shots, and troubleshooting tech, we had a toddler twirling in between it all and it just felt so full circle.

This is what we dreamed of when we built this business. Not a version of success that asks us to tuck parts of ourselves away but one that makes room for the fullness of our lives. For motherhood and creativity. For ambition and playdough. For babies on set and big dreams in motion.

I’m proud of what we’re building. Of the work we do. Of the way we get to show up for our families and our clients. And of the permission we’re giving ourselves and other women to do it our own way.

Three years ago, I started this agency with no roadmap, no team, and honestly—no idea what I was doing. Just a deep belief that I could build something meaningful and a willingness to figure it out as I went.

Looking back now, I wouldn’t give myself a strategy or a step-by-step plan. I’d offer a few quiet reminders I had to live through to really learn: that I already knew more than I thought I did. That the clients who stayed weren’t just buying a service—they were buying into trust. That rest isn’t something you earn, it’s something you need if you want to do this well.

I’d remind myself that shrinking my rates to feel “affordable” only watered down the value I was delivering—and that the moment I started charging for my impact, things shifted.

And most of all, I’d remind her: you don’t have to carry it all. Let people in. The community you build around you will carry you further than hustle ever will.

If you’re in a season of building, stretching, and trying to figure it all out—I see you.
It doesn’t have to be perfect to be working.
Keep going. You’re building something beautiful.

I’ve been thinking a lot about her lately.
The girl who was told she talked too much.
Who second-guessed herself in every classroom.
Who dreamed quietly because she didn’t know if she was allowed to dream loudly.

She didn’t know then what she was capable of.
She didn’t know she’d become a business owner, a mama, a leader.
She didn’t know that the same parts of her that felt “too much” would one day be the reason people trust her, follow her, and feel seen by her.

They say vacations are for relaxing…
But when you’re a business owner (and a mom), “relaxing” looks a little different.

Like answering emails while everyone’s loading the beach bags.
Or posting one last thing while your kids are literally dragging you out the door.
Or whispering “just five more minutes” to your laptop like it’s your BFF.

I wouldn’t trade this beautiful chaos for anything.
Running a business I love and being present for my people is a wild balancing act — and sometimes it means sending teams messages in a swimsuit.

But these are the moments that remind me why I work so hard —
For freedom, for flexibility, and for the chance to build something amazing without missing the memories.
