All for one. One for all.

Nice article about @matangelsorg from Mt. Olive Online.

Wondering how you can help support Mat Angels in removing barriers that keep wrestlers from reaching their full potential?
1. Refer a wrestler, coach or supporter to our Ambassador program.

A lot has changed about wrestling in the past 40 years. Almost all of it for the better. Scroll through for a look at some pics from @ruhswrestling Media Day 2026 vs. photo day @schacademy in 1986. by @3pttakedown

Final thoughts on yesterday’s @flowrestling Who’s Number One. ☝️
The boys card was equally as amazing as the girls. Elite wrestling and tons if “how did he do that” moments. Thanks to all these athletes for taking the time and having the cto put it on the line. Regardless of the outcome, you’re all winners in my book for stepping on the mat and taking on this challenge. The thing I love most about this event is learning about a new wrestler who wasn’t on my radar or I hadn’t seen wrestle before. A few years ago it was @jaydenxjames_ and he’s been on a 🚀 ever since then. Can’t wait to watch these guys all season and at the next level and tell some guy sitting next to me at the NCAA Tournament in a few years about this match or that match at Who’s Number One.
Shout out to @daviddbray for maybe the best card ever. Amazing matchups top to bottom.
