Well we’re back! Yes we are! All I have to is say ,thank you to my wife! For putting this most excellent adventure together! Allowing me to see where and what my father did during the Second World War. Aboard one of his ships. And the tour of it by the Commander of the HMCS Sackville. And to join them for a lunch. And the welcoming to the Ship itself. It was such amazing time. Gail you out did yourself. Thank you my love. And thank you Sackville for such a warm welcome. by @3saracen

I want to say a word here. I’ve got to send a big bouquet of flowers, to my wife Gail! Thank you, my love for this awesome trip! The planing it involved! To trace my father’s military history! And taking me to it! And discovering it together! Thank you! Last year you took me to where my family came from ! And to really introduce me to my fallen uncle! Without you none of this could have happened! You are an amazing lady and my wife and lover! Two of my children have your love and respect! And me my dying admiration! Thank you my love. Wow what a honour! Gail and I were touring the HMCS Sackville. We got talking to one of the volunteers. Who is the Commanding Officer of the Sackville. Told my father once was lead Telegraph operator aboard her! And after a long chit chat. We were invited to a lunch on her on Friday! Wow by @3saracen

Big week ahead. Gail and I are flying to Halifax Nova Soctia. The interesting adventure to see a ship! It’s the last Corvette! And one dad’s ships! Last year she took me to where my family came from, in Scotland! And now this! One of his posts during the Second World War! The HMCS Sackville, where dad was the leading telegraph operator!
