There’s always a fight within yourself and the outside world. Establishing boundaries and incorporating healthy practices is the minimum value we should give ourself. Intentionally, I found it easier to give from a place security the more I meditate, pray, and replenish my spirit. It’s a daily result of choosing the best options available to switch our current realities. In this moment, I think, I feel, but in general, I know and I am. The thinnest line consistency and disability is the acts of those choices. Do you want that special thing now; even though it’s incomplete? Or are you able to sacrifice those desires & temptations in order to truly appreciate its vastness?

I take a step back every day and with every breath I become deeply grateful for not just existing but for living & loving to give. I serve my humanity in honor. The perfect badge that is my smile or in my case my height. Being extremely tall is a gift. People bothering me is a gift. Being able to be hyperaware is gift. I’m grateful the more I take a step back to reassess. I’m no where close to materially manifesting but I’m closer now than I was yesterday.

As I write this in my transparency, I give strength to my vulnerability. It’s more of us out here. We’re just the new homebodies of an outward experience. A carbon thumbnail to a scrolling world of forgettable post. I may or may not care whom see. This post is good enough for me. So I let them see.

Dear Princeton Carmelo Finney,

Thank you for being the cutest dog in your liter 🫶🏼🥹 I remember driving 3hrs away to look at you. You were the size of 2 1/2 glizzies lol. At 3days old, I knew you were the perfect companion for me. For the next 5wks I would constant call & text the breeder to see if your eyes were open and ask question like “how big is he now” or “is he eating well”. As time goes on, it took me awhile to actually feel like you were my emotional support animal. At times feeling distance or feeling like no one understands me but you were always there. Wanting me to rub your smelly butt lol or play tugowar with you. I know now that was your way of trying to distract me and get my mind of things that was bothering me at the time. You’re such a sweet and well behaved dog. I am truly grateful for us to be experiencing forever with. From day 3 you were my forever home! 🐕🫶🏼🥹 And now it’s 3yrs later and we’re still forever strong. Happy Birthday Prince!

Cup Collection | PT. 2 🔱

Here is a few cups I decorated at work. In between task you can find me drawing or doodling on just about anything blank that has a surface. For me, it’s an easy way to stay productive & proactive while looking for a way to relax, chill, or wine down.

Don’t try to be different. You’ll stand out more by personalizing your own interests and core things that speak to you. We all have our own niches. You just have to spend time to find and build your community to enrich those traits & attributes.

I started drawing on a coffee cup during a system outage while in a training class. The people around me didn’t believe I made it but was literally watching me draw minute by minute and line by line. That was early September. From there I would draw on coffee cups whenever I needed an energy boost. Slowly, I started adding one cup after another and now there’s a growing collection at my desk. I have also gave a few away and done commissions for others. Who would of thought this would bring me more joy than painting canvas and doodling in a sketchbook.

Anytime I see a blank “_____” it reminds me of a opportunity to create something that didn’t exist. Anything blank deserves the chance of expression and the release of creativity. “I was going to steal someone else caption but I forgot to like their post” 🔱🧞‍♂️

I been lying to myself by telling self I would post more and create more. Truth is, it’s a half lie. I create but don’t post. The more I get inspire the less I actually care to show others what I’ve been up to nor what my personal collections are.

I also been exploring self and by not finding my own niched community I will never truly feel fulfilled. Self mastery and conscience decisions to always uphold positive strives is what makes regretful moments more impactful. There’s never a perfect time to do anything. Laying idle only leads procrastinating something you will eventually have to face. Whether it’s now or later, it’s the same test that you’ll have to retake. Might as well start now and limit your distractions!
