Proud of this guy is an understatement @joey.lenz

Joey is one of my best friends and has been there for me through all my ups and downs and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to coach him and yesterday to deliver for him. I can’t think of a more deserving champion everyone who knows Joey knows how kind and caring he is, he is a great bber but an even better person. Truly.

Although Joey has been training for years he’s only really been bodybuilding for a couple, the sky is the limit for the natty prince 🤴

Last slides joeys first check in with me at 190lbs vs. some shots from earlier in the week during the peak. Yesterday he stepped on stage at 176lbs. If you don’t speak natural bbing that is very, very impressive to have that little of a weight difference with such a vast difference in condition. Joey executes better than most seasoned bbers and it shows.

🏆amateur bodybuilding overall champion for
@kyle.dutkiewicz this past weekend at @detroitpro_am

I’m a proud coach to say the least but above all I’m a proud brother (from another mother).

I’ve tried writing this post over and over again the past two days but couldn’t really get my thoughts into writing so the
“caption” is second slide in the form of a far too long video.

For those who do watch to the end I appreciate you 🙏

If you love bodybuilding as much as I do I think you’ll really enjoy that you tuned in for the 15 mins of your day.

To Kyle man the special message at the very end of the video is things l’ve already said maybe at various points but to put it all into words how much you mean to me as not only a client but one of my best friends was something I felt I needed express I’m sorry you’ll have to watch the whole monologue to see it. Or I guess you can skip to that slide 😅

I guess with that all I’ll say is watch the video and we ain’t done, we are just getting warmed up😤

Thank you to @ironalliance.gym for believing in and supporting Kyle and I in our endeavors. If you are in the MSP metro coming up in the bodybuilding game THIS is where you should be if you are serious about it. I’ve been in every gym in the area and we have something truly special here.

Special thank you to my singular sponsor @authentic_aminos for riding with me the whole way as well through my own health journey and supporting my endeavors CODE 3sts 20% off to the MOON

Flatter than a pancake 🥞 clocked in at the weight @3sphysiques and I had speculated on several weeks ago.

Not through the means we purely intended, but God has a way of leading my path and @3sphysiques has a way of keeping cool and setting my head on straight.

God is good, I am healthy, we are so close.

2.5 and 5.5 weeks out (@npcminnesotastate & then on to something special). by @3sphysiques

Posing after high day with plenty more carbs to eat (raw video) so yes the shreds are real😭

5 and 6 weeks out with plenty time to sharpen up

Calories decreased, Cardio increased

Literally so proud of this cut. 126lbs down to 111lbs. Lightest I’ve been since prep in 2024. Barely any cardio and I’m eating what used to be a surplus 🥲 crazy what following a structured off season can do lol by @3sphysiques

Some candid shots from last night’s post-workout posing.

I’ve found myself renewed this week with energy and motivation. Things might be difficult, but everything is temporary.

@3sphysiques really does run a Mutant Factory. I’m very fortunate to be learning from this man.

It’s not always fun. But right now it sure as hell is. by @3sphysiques

4 weeks out in July (prior to us working together l) vs. 4 weeks out now

Balancing the “look” in bikini is a tough job these days but it IS certainly doable.

For @quietlyjules after her show this summer (before we started working together) the feedback was she was over conditioned and needed to bring more “fullness” which can be two things in my mind 1. The actual peak and prep balancing condition to the standards not over or under shooting and filling out properly 2. The actual density of the muscles, which although enhanced by being “full” from the peak, depends on the tissue actually being present.

When we linked up the goal was redemption. This meant spending time in a surplus prior to and bleeding into the start of prep for this show and addressing training and providing a proper stimulus for the glutes and legs globally to grow. Then balancing condition to bring the right amount of condition. We know Jules can get lean that’s no problem, we need to continue to balance that with bringing the fullness we’ve gained to life and not over shooting the mark again.

We’ve accomplished the second thing tissue has been clearly added in the areas it was needed and we are well on our way to addressing the first thing which is striking the balance for condition then peaking it.

Also shout out to her posing coach @fitwitheileen for the major improvements to posing which are displaying the improvements already made.
