Hitting session with @bokchoy28 it’s been so long since we hit. Airik forgot his racket and I forgot my shoes. But it was quality time on the court. I worked on reading and following the ball and letting my body follow the direction of the ball and throwing my hands to the ball in front of me. I am starting to recognize the ball and orient my body to the correct wing. Forehands and backhands feel very comfortable. I’m at the point where I’m not too worried about my mechanics of the swings. I’m more focused on being efficient with my footwork and getting to the ball early and staying behind the ball. by @4.0by40
