I keep quiet. I get the job done. I run the yard. The Nike Yardrunners Class of 2025 have arrived.

Thank you to everyone at @leaguextwentytwo and @nike for the opportunity and making me a part of the family.

The Gold Standard

Four years dedicated to The Program paid off. Day in and day out being a part of this team was a test of trust and commitment to making the whole better for the individual and shaping me into a better man. I want to thank Coach Hill, Coach Doomes, and Coach Wells for giving me the opportunity to throw at Morehouse College and making this moment happen. I want to thank Deezy, DRag, and Miles for sticking it out for all four years and staying committed even when it got tough. Burt, you’re the best thrower this program has seen in years. Thank you for making me a better thrower and teammate. Burrell, that championship moment in May of 2019 was recreated in April of 2023 thanks to you. I entered Morehouse with two medals and I’m leaving with four more. You are the foundation of what I have become in track and field. Single, if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t even be thinking about track and field. You started it all. I thank each and every last one of you for being a part of this journey. I thank God for this experience. On to the next chapter.
