Lessons from my half marathons this year 🏃‍♂️

Not every race gave me a PB, but every race taught me something.

• Start smart, not fast.
• Trust the training.
• Pace beats ego.
• Fuel before you feel empty.
• The tough kilometres are where the race really begins.
• Consistency > motivation.
• Some days you chase a time, other days you chase resilience.
• And most importantly — enjoy the journey, not just the finish line.
• The growth won't be linear or always up , one days you will literally feel evening finishing is enough, rather than going for a personal best .
Every 21.1K left me a little stronger, a little wiser, and a lot more hungry for the next one.

Still learning. Still running. Still chasing. 🏅🔥 by @42.2ks
