If you have been to one of our events you have seen our Trust, Love, and Build banners. Most of our mentors and mentees also wear bracelets with these same words. I am wearing my bracelet as I write
this. Where did these words come from? Why do we use them for our slogan? What do they mean to our program? Allow me to share the origin story with you. by @42strongtate

More team meet-ups this month means more Cook’s Dairy fun! Teams Canham, Kutler, and Mudge packed the wagon for a trip to the pumpkin patch, with 42 people participating…we’re thinking that’s no coincidence! Huge pumpkins and huge smiles all around!

September Large Group Event Part 2:
The second half of our event was all about giving back! Participants assembled stuffed animals for McLaren Pediatric Emergency Room–Oxford, HAVEN, the Oakland County Sheriff–Oxford Substation, and Brayden’s Ellies.

Each participant chose an animal to stuff, placed a wishing heart inside, filled out a birth certificate, and created a special card before placing their completed animal in a drawstring bag.

Together, we made 190 stuffed animals that will be given to children who need a little extra comfort, kindness, and something to hug during a difficult time. by @42strongtate

☕️🥟 Community is built one conversation at a time.

A huge THANK YOU to our friends at @empanadamylove in Oxford for opening your doors and welcoming our 42 Strong mentors and mentees! 💙💛

Having a comfortable, welcoming space where mentors and mentees can grab a coffee, share a meal, laugh, talk, and simply spend time together is such an important part of building the strong relationships at the heart of what we do.

Thank you for your incredible hospitality, your partnership, and for believing in the power of connection and community. We’re grateful to have businesses like Empanada My Love standing alongside us as we continue to trust, love and build!!! ❤️

💙💛 Thank you, Empanada My Love, for being part of the 42 Strong family! by @42strongtate
