This one meant a lot to me. 🤍

When 445 first started, I had no idea what it would become. I just knew I wanted to create something that gave people a reason to show up, move together and feel part of something.

So being able to celebrate some of the people who helped shape this community from the early days felt really special. The people who showed up, supported a stranger, brought the energy and helped turn an idea into what 445 is today.

We kept it simple. A chilled run, good conversation and breakfast together, beautifully hosted by @honestgreens @hg.london.

And that’s probably my favourite part of 445. Beyond the running, I’m getting to know incredible people, hearing their stories and watching real friendships and connections grow.

Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in what we’re building.

445 is a mindset. 🧡

🚨 445 × GORC : NIGHT SHIFT – DARK MODE 🚨

Halloween plans = sorted. 🎃

On Saturday 31st October, 445 is joining forces with GORC for our biggest night run yet.

Hundreds of runners. Central London after dark. One massive Halloween run through the city.

📅 Saturday 31st October
📍 Parliament Square
🕢 Meet: 7:30 PM
🏃 Run starts: 8:00 PM

What to expect:

✨ Glow lights throughout the run
🎶 Music from start to finish
🌃 A night route along the Thames
🥥 Purecoco coconut water waiting at the finish
👻 Best Costume Prize

Come dressed to run, dressed for Halloween, or somewhere in between. Run it fast, run it social, just come and be part of it.

What a launch 🌊 Thank you to everyone who joined us at @fulham.pier this Saturday to open our new home for Saturday runs. Stunning views, a beautiful riverside route and the best atmosphere from start to finish.
