I don’t usually feature my 2005 SL350. Check the chunk on these doors! The doors on the R230 Mercedes-Benz SL350 are remarkably thick, feeling bank-vault solid when closed. However, to save weight, Mercedes used an aluminum outer skin and a lightweight magnesium inner casting rather than heavy steel. They incorporate a frameless window design that seals tightly against the retractable hardtop #classiccar #theydontmakeemliketheyusedto taken in Sydney, Australia by @450sel_fox

Turning heads since 1979. 🕰️✨ The W116 still defines luxury on its own terms.

Silver Fox needed a run. Silver Fox started first go after sitting for weeks. Silver Fox still looks good even with a layer of dust from the garage. When I’m not driving Silver Fox I sometimes wonder if I was silly to buy it. When I’m driving Silver Fox it I know I would have been silly not to buy it. #silverfox #450SEL #w116 #classiccar #v8 taken in Neilson Park Vaculse by @450sel_fox
