How I Trade London Killzone Using Asian Range Manipulation

I’ve been trading a simple price action strategy for over 2 years that focuses purely on the London open. The core idea isn’t complicated, but it requires patience.

Here’s the setup:

Calculate the Asian Range – I look at the high and low from 01:00 to 06:00 GMT+0 that gives me my box for the day.

Wait for the Manipulation – During the London Killzone (07:00–10:00 GMT+0), I wait for price to break below the Asian Low or above the Asian High.

Look for the Reclaim – The real entry comes when price immediately reverses and breaks back inside the Asian range. That false breakout tells me the move was a liquidity sweep.

Set Targets – My first target is the opposite side of the Asian range. I trail the rest if price shows strength.

Risk management:

· Hard stop on every single trade – no exceptions.

· I risk 5% per trade, which is higher than most, but I only take 1–2 trades a day at most.

· Once price moves in my favor, I move stop to breakeven.

Results so far this month (4 Weeks):

· Monthly growth 45.43%

· rate around 66%

· Profit factor above 2.5

· Worst trade was a small loss, best trade was a nice runner

I don’t use indicators, grids, or martingale. Just price action and a clear rule for when to enter and when to walk away.

Risk Management in Trading:
• Position Sizing - Never risk too much on one trade

Only take A+ setups. There’s no such thing as an “okay” trade. Either it’s A+ or you wait.

2. Risk Management
Consistency is key. Don’t risk $100 on one trade and $500 on the next. Even with a strong win rate, uneven risk will wreck your PnL.

3. Psychology
• Revenge Trading: A rule that saved me → if I lose on a setup, I never re-enter it, even if it later runs in my direction. Close the computer.
• Take Profit Discipline: Stick to your TP. Exiting early might feel safe, but long-term it destroys your edge.
