Opening Doors to Opportunity: "Giving back is the most direct way I know to keep the door open for the next young person who has no idea this industry is even an option."

The wait is over—Introducing our 2026 MAIP Fellows! 🌟 This month, our cohort officially begins their summer internship journey.

Fresh off 7 weeks of Virtual Spring Training, they are ready to put their preparation into practice.

On top of their agency roles, they’ll be leveling up with a 5-week AI Certification powered by @vcu_brandcenter and diving into weekly MAIP Labs featuring real-world brief sprints and career-navigation workshops.
