First collab with @genna_rosselitefitness_ and @mothr_matcha6 at @the_space_collective_studio

We had an energetic, ladder flow to start the month off right! I offered the intention of:

August. The eighth month. A quiet turning point.
Not quite the end, not the beginning either, just that fragile middle where so much can still change. A reminder that there’s still time...to breathe, to begin again, to choose differently. So much can shift in what’s left of this year - healing, growth, the quiet miracles you don’t see coming. Maybe this is the month that brings you back to yourself. Maybe this is where it all starts to make sense. 🤍

A special thanks to @4d_cc4 for taking these amazing photos during the event! 📸 taken in The Space Collective Studio LLC by @4d_cc4

On my way home and saw @dimitri_reeves performing. Instantly told my momma where he was and that she had to get off my phone because Michael is out here putting on a show! by @4d_cc4
