I got to try majority of the @lucascollective’s Burger specials they’re currently running and there were a few showstoppers to say the least! It’s available for lunch daily and you can get a $15 cocktail matched to your burger. @tombo_den might be the winner?!

If you’ve not ever had the pleasure of experiencing @nomad.melbourne’s truffle brunches, I’m very happy to tell you that they’ve just returned every Sunday throughout winter. I’m even more happy that we were able to get our hands on the signature dessert which is in collaboration with @madeleine_deproust.

Affordability is one of the biggest factors when dining out these days so it’s no wonder why @sachi.melb’s $78.50 set menu experience is already turning heads!

It’s no wonder why @letao_australia has made since entering the Australian market. So creamy, so delicious and we’re so lucky to have it right in the CBD!

If you’re yet to experience @freyjamelbourne, winter is the season to go. It’s located in Melbourne’s iconic Olderfleet building, it brings a genuinely Nordic soul to Collins Street with hyper-local ingredients, fermentation, careful technique and everything landing on the plate with real warmth and intention. The kind of restaurant that reminds you why a it’ll stand the test of time!

There’s something special about returning to a place that keeps reinventing itself and doing it beautifully after 20+ years.

I got to experience the Pinto Express Lunch at @longrainmelbourne - a traditional stacked Thai lunch container (ปิ่นโต) that you uncover layer by layer. There’s fragrant rice, two street-food-inspired dishes, a fried egg, and the most delicate khanom sai sai which is sweet coconut and palm sugar steamed in banana leaf.

It was fast, generous, and packed with bold Thai flavour and it’s only $30pp on fridays only!

This restaurant in particular holds such a special place in my heart. Old friends, colleagues and it’s where I had my engagement party! I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh expression of the food they love.

Melbourne has finally made up your mind about where to eat now that the weather is starting to turn and that’s @ramenova__ in South Yarra. It’s a build-your-own ramen experience that’s affordable and with big flavours. It’s futuristic and fun and turns the notion upside down of what a ramen shop should be with its design!

Here are our thoughts on @ombra.melbourne. It feels nostalgic as you walk it. It’s super narrow and quaint with a beautiful dining room that overlooks Bourke St. I’d love to go back to experience their classic cicchetti menu.
