Pass Pro. You have to know how to move your feet for your hands to work. Body posture and Position is key. Also you have to be able to defend Bull, Push pull, Rip, and Spin. by @4linemanonly

So often while training it’s quite. No sound. There should be a release of breath which equates to power and intensity. Just add it to your training, practice, and game and you’ll see the difference. Improve your power, violence, and intensity. Can’t make chocolate chip cookies without chocolate chips.
