Playing a show late 1990s(?) with my band @vkmusicorg. We’ve got the band back together and rehearse near every weekend (with exceptions for travel/business and personal/pleasure). We’ve played live @electric_arcadia @chattanooga_noise_night, and @rand0m_sampl3 within the last three or four years. Treated myself to a cheap Casio and a new band. I love my fancy watches and tracking my heart rate and seeing when I have text messages and getting app notifications but… it is too much. Ultimately, I just want to know the time. My phone is already beeping and my computer is already flashing — enough already. I’ll wear the fancy watch to sleep to track my sleep or if I’m actively working out etc etc taken in Huntsville, Alabama by @4ndrwm

I had cancer thirty years ago, can’t say I recommend it. They patched me up with some wire ties and some staples in my lung after removing a benign tumor from my chest cavity. 3/10 stars, great care staff, powerful medication, fantastic friends. by @4ndrwm
