🇺🇸🎹 LABOR DAY HOMAGE | #LatePost

The Birth Right and Birthplace is The 415 🍭🌉🌫️
TECHnically…

Before there was #RacciOnDaBeatTrick, there were producers who made us want to nod our heads, study the craft, touch the keys and BECOME a producer cause this beat, or that beat was def. dope. doo-doo dumb. 🎹🥁🎚️

📝 DJ Daryl • T.C. • Andro • Humpty • Khayree • Fab 5 Freddy • Nile Rodgers • Rick Rubin • Arabian Prince • Egyptian Lover • DJ Battlecat • DJ Quik • Dr. Dre • The Bomb Squad • E-A-Ski • Sean T • Larry Smith • Marley Marl • Timbaland • Jermaine Dupri • Swizz Beatz • Hurby Luv Bug • Beats By The Pound • The Mekanix • DJ Premier • RZA • Rick Rock • Daz • Johnny J • Narada Michael Walden • Felton Pilate — and every producer whose work made the speakers TALK. 🔊🔥

Different cities. Different eras. Different sounds.

Same impact.

These were our PROFESSORS. 🎓🎹
We listened. We studied. We learned.

From Hip-Hop to Infinity, we wanted to make ya nod ya head to that Certified #TrunkKillaMusic that made ya party Jumpin' Every Nite. 🔊🚘💥

That influence helped create Racci On Da Beat Trick [RODBT] and the sound we continue building today will Always remain Organic.

LEGENDS INFLUENCE.
PRODUCERS CREATE.
THE CULTURE CONTINUES.

SALUTE & THANK YOU!!!! 🫡🎹🎶

🗣️ STOP BUMMIN’...

⚙️ DISTRONOMOREKID! 🛑📦

📅 Long before current distribution headlines, The 4PMG, Inc. made the executive call to let our subscriptions distrokid lapse "HELLA LONG TIME AGO". 🧾

🙋🏿‍♂️ Why? Because our vision outgrew basic digital distribution.

📌 As independent creators, we aren't just dropping tracks—we are Catalog Managers, Copyright Owners, and Stewards of our IP. We took control of our metadata, our ISRCs, our UPCs, and our GS1 assets to ensure total authority over our masters and publishing.

📠 Platforms come and go. Digital aggregators shift their terms. But ownership? Ownership is forever.

🔐 Protect the Music. Preserve the Rights. Own the Catalog. Build the Legacy.

4️⃣PACK 4️⃣LIFE!!!! ⚡️

ON THIS DAY • JULY 9, 1998

Twenty-eight years ago today, I stood in front of The San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge on my very first day home after serving 4.15 years upstate.

I wasn't there to celebrate.

I wasn't there for a photoshoot.

I needed to stand in front of Her.

🌉 The San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge.

To me, she represented freedom...

another chance...

and a bridge between who I was and who I was becoming.

The photograph you see became much more than a memory.

It became the cover of my first Solo CD project circa '99...

...the opening chapter of my unreleased Music Vault...

the beginning of a new recording journey...

and now, the foundation of my upcoming memoir,

🌇 MEMOIRS OF THE SFCITYSLICKA 🌇

Some stories aren't written overnight.

They take decades.

Today...

I'm simply grateful to still be here...

to finally tell mine. 📙

☝🏿 Love. 4️⃣Love.
